Are you bound by a costs estimates to a client?

A Costs Judge is entitled to consider a solicitor to be bound by an estimate of costs given to a client, even if a revised estimate of costs is sent at a later date but no explanation is provided to justify the revised estimate.  Please use the link attached to the above case citation to see the Judgment in this case.
