Success fees are recoverable on Costs Consultant work

Crane v Canons Leisure Centre [2007] EWCA Civ 1352

The Court of Appeal has decided that under the terms of a CCFA (and by analogy a CFA) a Claimant is entitled to recover a success fee for the work done by costs consultants acting in the recovery of costs.  For further details of this case please use the link attached to the above case citation.
